Transferring School
If you are considering a change of school for your child, please apply directly to the school for in-year places using our application form below:
Once you have completed the Application form provided, we will be in touch to confirm next steps.
It is not always possible for us to offer a place, however we do hold a waiting list which unsuccessful applicants can join if they wish.
The list is ranked in order using our admissions criteria set out in our Admissions Policy. If a place becomes available, we will then contact the parents of the child who is at the top of the list to offer them a place.
The continued interest list will be held until 30 June for all applications received in the current academic year at which point it will close and a new application will need to be made.
School Visits for Prospective Students
We welcome visits to the school and will always find time to talk to you about any individual questions you might have.
Please telephone us on 01869 232 203 to book a visit, or email our admissions team: admissions@heyford.epatrust.org

Appeals
If you are not successful in being offered a place at Heyford Park School, you have the right to appeal the decision. An appeal form should be completed and returned to the school office.
If your appeal is regarding the allocation of a place for your child to start in either Primary or Secondary for the first time, then the appeal process follows a timetable set out by the Local Authority. Appeals are heard by an independent panel. A decision by an appeal panel whether or not to offer a school place is binding on the admissions authority.
