All absences from school must be reported to the school office each day before 9am. Please address any emails to: office@heyfordparkfreeschool.org – please do not send this information directly to the class teacher. If you are unable to send an email please telephone the school on 01869 232203. The office on both sites is open from 8am each morning and there is also a facility to leave a voicemail before that time.  

Heyford Park School care about our students and we have a duty of care to check if students have not arrived in school and we haven’t heard from you, so please make every effort to contact the office before the above time.
